Developing Leaders

Craig Groeschel has a great post on developing leaders today. The first line caught my attention:

"Some people are trying to develop leaders, but they are really gathering followers."

    thats good stuff - as I read that 2 thoughts were running through my head: 1st I thought (and probably everyone who read that) "am I a follower?" and 2nd, "is everything for the koinonia (one of the areas of ministry I'm in charge of) tomorrow night ready since I'm not going to be there?" So I calld Ben and it's ready. Thanks for pushing me towards being a leader. Wii.
