New Template

Ok, so I finally changed my blog template. This looks much better (in my opinion). But can someone who's much smarter than me tell me how to make my picture not so stinking big!?!? I thought Blogger normally scales it down for you page, but I'm having trouble with this new template doing that.

UPDATE: Either I'm smarter than I thought or it fixed itself. You should have seen the pic last night!
