World Cup of Softball

Most random thing ever just now at 12:18am. The guys are watching the World Cup of Softball (I don't know why) and I hear "Jessica Mendoza is up to bat." I think, "I went to school with a Jessica Mendoza." Then I read, Hometown: Camarillo, CA. And I realize, "I went to school with THAT Jessica Mendoza!" Weird. I jumped up and yelled, "I went to school with that girl!" And as I typed this she rocked a home run out of the park for the first score of the game against Great Britain. Weird.

UPDATE: Did some googling and found out evidently I went to school with this girl who's an incredible athlete. She was on the 04 Olympic team that won Gold! Crazy.
